I believe that the following intiatives and measures violate the intent, objective and terms of the B.C./Alberta Trade Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA):

Young entrepreneurs benefit from loans
New programs promote affordable and energy-efficient housing
Que. gov't seeks job assurances in Domtar deal
