Since our leaders seem to be integrating us into the "American way", we should pay special attention to the actions of our neighbours to the south.
On the occasion I have addressed questions as to the need for a union, I tell them they are correct - there should be no need for unions... but we are dealing with humans, and human nature.
How many times have I heard non-union work-related stories of unfairness and one-sidedness in the workplace where there is no union to ensure people are treated fairly?
LOTS
