Of all the crazy SGEU sponsored Save Our Sask commercials, this has to be the silliest one to date.
When I saw the "Roads Crumble" and "Repairs Suffer" signs if highways are privatized, I just about spilt my coffee! NEWFLASH! Prior to the Sask Party being elected, our roads were both crumbing and repairs were suffering no thanks to NDP underfunding. We had really bad highways. Those bad roads all these put our safety at risk and guess what! This is all under Public Hands! Talk about a major contradiction here! Thanks to Brad Wall's Gov't putting some serious investment money into highways and infrastructure, our roads are in much better condition and all still under Public Hands! I no longer want my union dues funding such stupid commercials. This whole Public Relations promotion of Saving Our Sask is a total epic failure. These commercials only further discredit the SGEU and Affiliates. Saskatchewan is changing and the SGEU and affiliates can do one of 2 things. Either start accepting and adapting to these changes or be prepared to go the way of the dodo bird. Enough is enough!

Jon,
Thank you for participating in this blog. For the record, the SGEU does not have "affiliates". You must be thinking about something, or someone else.
You say you no longer want "your union dues" funding commercials. Which union are you a member of?
