I sometimes hear from the police on television or radio that the Taser is a substitute for a firearm (with bullets). If that is the case, would the police have fired bullets at the man in the hospital, at Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver International Airport, and at transit evaders also in Vancouver?

Thanks for alerting us to this. Wild.
