Viterra management and supporters resort to assault and violence against GSU picketers

Two recent issues of the Grain Services Union strike bulletin: The GSU Review reveals a disturbing and unacceptable trend. Viterra management and their supporters have resorted to violent assaults and physical attacks against GSU members who are engaged in lawful picket activity.

Click on the above images to download copies of both the September 5 issue, and the September 8 issue.

Hey Viterra - it's time to call off the goons!

Violence seems to be a common tactic of management as the picketers of Mercury Graphics CEP 721G were hit by a U Haul van driven by the company's plant manager yesterday (Sept 9/08) in the afternoon. I encourage the Saskatoon brothers and sisters to come and support these workers in their attempt to maintain former working conditions under the bullying of new management.

June,

Thank you for participating in this blog.

It's obvious that Saskatchewan is now the new home of corporate bullying tactics. We can all thank our "new west" Premier for creating the climate for this type of short sighted and criminal corporate behaviour to thrive.
